Anti-Censorship Protest in Adelaide May 30, 1999

Adelaide crowd About 250 people attended the rally in Adelaide on Sunday 30th May. Speakers were:

Following the rally, a fire ceremony was conducted, otherwise referrred to as Put another book on the barbie.

Members of the crowd came forward with numerous Microsoft manuals, a biography of Bronwyn Bishop, The Christian Guide to the Internet and a few other interesting titles. Aussie Kanck, husband of Sandra Kanck (deputy Demorcrat leader in SA) is sending Senator Alston Volume 0 of An Introduction to Microcomputers. Brenda Aynsley barbequed The Complete Idiot's Guide to Internet Regulation by R. Alston.
